Where is my package?

All packages will be shipped out via USPS in 3-5 business days after order is received unless specified otherwise, not including weekends or holidays. Sales, promotions, and new releases may extend that time period by 2-3 days. 

If you placed a pre-order, they will be shipped out as soon as we receive the final product. Any "In Stock" items will be shipped separately.

 

Will all products be restocked on your website?

Only a few products will be restocked. We recommend getting products you want as soon as possible. Restocking a product can take anywhere from 2-4 months. You can also sign up to be notified when a specific item is back in stock. Limited release patches, hats, shirts, and stickers will not be restocked. Once they're gone, they're gone.

 

Can we pick up products in person?

Unfortunately, we are currently not doing any "pick ups" due to Covid-19. We are a small family business, so we are taking extra precautions to ensure both your family, and our family are safe. Mahalo for your understanding.

 

My product(s) were damaged in transit, what should I do?

Please contact us right away with your order number and the issue that you're having. We will do our best to help you with your damaged product.
